Click Assignee and select the user. The batch is now listed under them.
Step 3 – Open the batch in Extract

Good to know
- You can reassign a batch that is Filling, Filled or Claimed. A Filled batch becomes Claimed by its new assignee.
- Only the assignee changes. The batch's documents, and any work already done on them, stay as they are.
- To hand a batch back to the team instead, choose Release in the same Actions menu. A released batch goes back to Filled with no assignee, and anyone can claim it. Only a Claimed batch can be released.
- Any user with access to the project can reassign or release a batch. Only the assignee or an admin can open it.
That's all!
